The BBB team is led by George Swift and Tracey Miller who between them offer a 20-year track record of building small businesses into more fulfilling, more profitable and more owner-friendly organisations.
About Tracey
I’m a professional coach, mentor, facilitator, and a natural empath who has all the time in the world for supporting those who are committed to realising their full potential and making their dreams a reality. I’ve supported over 500 service-based business owners on their path to being happier, wealthier, and having a healthier relationship with their business.
About George
I have spent over 25 years working on mindset and personal performance, having worked with individuals, sports teams, and executive teams. Over the last decade, I’ve turned a lifelong fascination with mindset, motivation and personal performance into a membership offering that’s helped transform business performance for over 500 service-based businesses. I work with business owners to develop a winning mindset, helping them focus on what’s important and calling bullshit on business myths and limiting beliefs that are holding them back.
