Our Story
Pinpoint Marketing Consultancy Ltd was established to help business owners and SMEs to grow and sustain their business with consistency and measured marketing, step by step.
Our experience is in B2B, both within agencies and internally too.
Founded back in 2008, Pinpoint Marketing puts the clients at the heart of what we do. We want to make a difference to them! We want to add value and not to just tick marketing boxes or implement marketing in silos.
We are double award winning.
We practice what we preach and are always learning and improving what we know, who we know and how we work. We are well networked and a great sign poster of other marketing professionals (in specialist areas like SEO, design, websites etc) and other business professionals (HR, IT, IP, coaches etc).
About Nicole
Nicole Martin FCIM Chartered Marketer started her marketing journey with the CIM achieving our certificates and diploma. Working in agencies, inhouse marketing departments of small and large companies, Nicole has a true depth of marketing knowledge and experience which we want to pass onto our clients.
In these various roles, Nicole has managed teams and staff, as well as reporting into Boards, communicating with and working with colleagues overseas, liaising with clients and clients of clients through her project management and account management roles.
Nicole’s working experience, prior to Pinpoint, covers FMCG, life sciences, pharmaceutical, media, business hubs and more.
Her Pinpoint experience covers insurance, office design, office supplies, oil supplier, flooring, HR, IT, accountancy, facilities management and more.
Personally, Nicole is a working mum of two and is married and residing in Buckinghamshire. She likes socialising with friends, holidaying with family, watching TV, good food and wine and making plans.

Nicole, an FCIM Chartered Marketer has years of marketing experience in both agencies and inhouse/client side. Nicole specialises in writing, creating and implementing marketing strategies and plans for the niche are of B2B professional service based small businesses. Marketing is not a tick box exercise, and businesses need a strategy knowing the target audience, messaging, goals and channel selection and then they need a plan to execute and measuring the strategy. The plan ensures consistency in the marketing and an ROI.
Adding value to a business and supporting business owners and their teams to grow is her passion and mission.
